He holds a BCompt in Accounting and an MSc in Innovative Technology, blending analytical, technological, and human development disciplines. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Cognitive Development, further advancing his commitment to evidence-based cognition, learning, and neurodevelopment. For more than a decade, Eli worked alongside his father and mentor, Professor Ari Katz, Group CEO and Founder of Boston City Campus. During this time, he successfully led and scaled several strategic initiatives: • Boston Connect: Eli collaborated with clients in the telecommunications, financial services, retail, and loyalty sectors, designing and managing high-impact value-added educational products. These offerings expanded access to affordable learning by integrating educational opportunities into loyalty programs, benefits platforms, and consumer engagement solutions. • IVY Online Education: Eli headed IVY Online, establishing the first Cambridge International associate globally to support learners across the world. IVY became a major educational game changer during the COVID-19 period, providing innovative, scalable, and accessible online schooling. • Social Impact Incubation Program: For one year, Eli led an incubation initiative supporting more than 100 graduates from disadvantaged backgrounds, equipping them with technology, business, and entrepreneurial skills to accelerate career opportunities. Naama is a licensed occupational therapist with both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from the Hebrew University. She specializes in working with youth on the autism spectrum and with older adults with dementia. She designs personalized, evidence-based interventions to improve motor skills, social engagement, cognitive functioning, and daily living abilities. Her client-centred approach focuses on empowering individuals to achieve greater independence and enhance their overall quality of life.
Dr. Bracha Chiger is a dedicated General Practitioner with a postgraduate qualification in Obesity Medicine, committed to evidence-based, patient-centred care. She graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand (Wits) and has a strong clinical and academic foundation, further strengthened by her work at the National Institute for Communicable Diseases (NICD). Her experience at the NICD equipped her with a deep understanding of public health, infectious diseases, and data-driven medical practice—skills she now integrates into her general practice. Dr. Chiger has a special interest in obesity medicine, providing comprehensive management that blends medical expertise with compassionate patient support. She is known for her approachable manner, thoroughness, and commitment to helping patients achieve long-term health through personalised, evidence-based treatment plans. Dr. Chiger partners with cognitive enhancement initiatives and the digital wellness platform, contributing medical insight into how metabolic health and lifestyle interventions influence brain function. She supports the development and clinical validation of app-based tools designed to enhance attention, memory, and emotional well-being.
Dr. Yair Katz graduated cum laude from the University of the Witwatersrand School of Medicine in 2019. He is currently a neurology resident with strong clinical experience across both inpatient and outpatient neurology. Through close collaboration with interdisciplinary rehabilitation teams, he brings a practical, evidence-based approach to supporting patients with cognitive impairment. Dr. Katz has a particular interest in developing structured, patient-centred cognitive rehabilitation strategies that integrate neuroscience, functional assessment, and real-world goal setting. His background in clinical neurology and his dedication to improving patient outcomes inform his consulting work in program design, training, and implementation.
Ashira Greszes is an experienced educator specializing in cognitive development and special education. She holds a B.Ed. in English and Special Education from Herzog College, where she developed a strong foundation in supporting learners with diverse cognitive profiles. Ashira has completed Feuerstein Instrumental Enrichment (FIE) Levels 1, 2, and 3, as well as the Feuerstein Digital LPAD (Learning Propensity Assessment Device) course, equipping her with advanced expertise in dynamic assessment and cognitive intervention strategies. With many years of hands-on experience, Ashira has taught children with a wide range of cognitive disabilities, skillfully tailoring interventions to promote meaningful cognitive, academic, and functional growth. She has worked in leading, world-renowned institutions dedicated to education and cognitive rehabilitation for children with learning and developmental challenges. Ashira is deeply committed to fostering independent thinking, cognitive flexibility, and the belief that all individuals have the capacity to learn and grow.
